Walla Walla’s historical tour of the areas architecture and history starts at Walla Walla Foundation Office, 33 East Main, Suite 213. The actual tour begins at the Liberty Theatre (also known as the American Theatre), established in 1917 it replaces the original Steptoe Fort. To the West sits the Die Brucke, erected in 1903 by Max Baumiester, known as The Bridge Building for bridging the Mill Creek as it flows through the city.
